I took this the ten days during and around my period to help alleviate the acne. It delayed and kept it from being aggressive, I loved how it was something easy to take that wasn’t filled with chemicals that through my natural rhythms off. I’m all about trying homeopathic stuff beforehand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pills helped me to maintain my acne. They are very small pellets with a mint like flavor. The packaging is so easy to use. You simply twist until you have 5 pellets in the cap and put them under your tongue to dissolve. Most importantly no water or food is necessary to take the medication. I’d highly recommend these.

I suffer from these painful blimeshes started when I entered motherhood and I saw results almost immediately they were medium size when they appeared but now they're small I'm purchasing more once my bottle is empty!!
