I hope this weedkiller will work on it, but it keeps raining as soon as I spray it. The application is easy, just follow instructions to add it to your sprayer and fill with water. I might try using it without dilution on this vine though because it's basically a tree.

I poured some of the Bonide according to the instructions directly on to the stump and so far it looks like it’s working. No new vines have sprouted. The directions say to re-apply in one month so I will just to make sure. The price is pretty cheap compared to getting someone to come and ground down the tree stump!

I tried everything to kill little tree from growing but shoots would continue to grow now matter what I put on it. It’s been almost 2 months since using this, thankfully no new shoots. I’ve now gone around and used it on others that are trying to grow close to the house and fence.

For some bigger vines, it may be easier to use and apply the product but over a large area, it takes precision. Not too much wind, not near other plants, not a fine point nozzle, no other people or pets should be in the area, has to be during the plant's growing cycle and again, you have to hope it doesn't rain within 24 hours and it can take up to six weeks before the results are seen.

By the time we came back the stump had dried up and with it the branches that had recently grown. Seems to be pretty effective. I would recommend wearing gloves and washing your hands after handling, other than that, this served its purpose pretty well!

I cut off peices of the vine and brushed this vine killer on it and within a few days it started to wither. I am still waiting to see if it dies completely and comes back next year but it seems to be working so far.

I had a few in my yard that were tough to get rid of and this product worked great! It also took away all the Carolina creeper vines that were plaguing my fence.
