Worst phone I've ever used

This is the worst phone I've ever used in my life and unfortunately I didnt even start using it until the return window closed. It was a waste of money. Im still using my old phone that is as slow as a dinosaur because its better this this crappy thing. First, the camera SUCKS. Front and back. The front camera is so blurry even when im completely still. The option to smooth out the face also does not work. The back camera will not allow you to use flash on the 50mg. You have to take it down to 12mp if you want to use the flash so all of my pictures suck! Because the low light camera SUCKS. Everything is dull and dark so I have to use the flash and can only use that on 12mp so I cant use this phone for pictures. at all! on top of that, the sound quality is horrible. I will have the phone turned all the way up and I can still barely hear anything. This includes when I put headphones in. I cant hear it! It's also slow. Like really slow. It lags between pages and clicks. I take a screen shot and it takes almost 10 seconds for it to actually take the screenshot. My videos skip and lag. Its just a horrible phone all around. I wish I could get my money back. I didnt even open the package until a few days before the return window closed because I was on vacation. It was a waste of money all down the drain. Now im out $140 and I still dont have a proper phone. Im genuinely convinced target gave me a refurbished phone or something because ive never had a Samsung phone that sucked this bad. I wishni could rate it zero stars.
