I’ve been using the Boppy Complete Nursing Pillow during bottle feeds, and it’s made feeding sessions so much more comfortable. I love how supportive it feels—not just for my baby, but for me too. The CloseComfort design helps keep my daughter in a comfortable position while taking pressure off my arms, shoulders, and wrists, especially during longer feeds. The wider shape is a feature I really appreciate because it feels secure and works well for different feeding positions. It’s also nice that multiple caregivers can use it comfortably. The cover is soft, easy to remove for washing, and I like that it’s compatible with standard Boppy covers if I want to switch up the look. The support that this pillow offered us was unmatched by any other nursing pillow that I’ve tried. I really loved all of the features. The padding support on the back strap is amazing because who likes a strap digging in or a small little cover that’s going to crease in your back. The front bolster on this pillow is amazing when trying to breastfeed a little wiggle bug. It made it so my daughter could tilt back a bit but still be in the position that I needed her in without me having to be the full support. AMAZING for cluster feeding times because my arms used to get tired. Thanks to this pillow my back doesn’t hurt when nursing, my baby is better supported, and no one’s arms get tired from nursing or bottle feeding. If the print of a pillow is important to you, boppy has very cute and neutral colors that can fit with most house decor. I loved the width of the pillow as it fit around my wider frame comfortably but also fit comfortably around my husband who has a smaller frame. Having the ability to remove the bolster and place a different cover to make it a basic boppy is also a game changer and makes this boppy something that can be used longer. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was because the strap can be very tricky to tighten once the pillow is already on. I had to pre tighten before clipping which can be a bit of a hassle when you have a screaming baby. Supports baby fully, so I dont have to use my arm to try and support her which ends up hurting after awhile. The pillow is firm, but not uncomfortably so. The design is nice and one of the best parts is how washable the cover it. My toddler took a marker to it and I was able to wipe it right off with no staining. The cover is also removable so it can be washed. It comes with a strap to buckle on, which may work great for some, but I didnt see much use in it so I removed it.

That is something I did not have to worry about with the Boppy Complete Nursing Pillow. We feed our baby primarily through the bottle route so our feeds are around 10-15 minutes or less if he's really hungry. This pillow would definitely come in handy for those longer feeds that take half an hour or so. The lumbar cushion is nice for the back as well. As always Boppy pillows are nice and comfortable, so baby is always at ease when using it. If you are deciding between products, my partner has a regular Bobby Nursing Pillow and still preferred to use that more often than not! Sometimes there is solace in simplicity. She is of a smaller frame though, so this pillow may be suitable to many body types with the adjustable strap feature. One thing I noted is that this pillow is very firm, like tough memory foam which can be nice to keep baby in the right position, whereas our other Boppy is less firm, and more like an airy cushion. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when I received this nursing pillow because I’ve only had the standard nursing pillows without the extra cushion that holds baby closer and that extra little bump that holds them in makes nursing or rocking baby for an extended period of time much easier. This nursing pillow was well built. It’s nice and firm so baby doesn’t sink into it like he does with some lower quality nursing pillows. I love how it’s versatile can be used for feeding time, bonding time, it can be used as an extra support when babies learning to sit up, and it can also be used as a little floor lounger for awake time. You can remove the extra padding and do tummy time as well. It’s very easy to clean you just remove the pillows and clean in the washer and dryer. The cover comes back on easily and doesn’t lose shape. If an expectant mother were to ask me, what’s one tool I recommend the most to all mothers, I would say it’s this, Bobby. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Boppy Complete Nursing Pillow is a necessity for your breastfeeding journey. I have an 8 week old that I am currently nursing, and this pillow’s unique features have truly helped. First, the Boppy complete has a thicker, firmer cushion than other nursing pillows, allowing my baby to be supported comfortably without the need of extra pillows. The thickness of the pillow allows me to bring baby to breast at the correct height. The adjustable belt and lumbar cushion securely fit around my waist and have really helped prevent the back pain commonly associated with breastfeeding. This allows my body to relax and be less fatigued for those longer feedings. I’m very comfortable for the entire feeding. This also is beneficial when needing to change feeding positions, or if you need to shift your weight, etc. the surface is secured to you, so you’re not moving pillows around to accommodate the opposite side. I have not used the pillow for pumping, so I can’t comment on that. However, I do find the pillow helpful when burping my baby, or holding the baby to my chest. I’m able to allow the pillow to support the weight of my baby, which prevents my arms from fatigue. The cover is made of a cool, breathable material preventing my baby or me from getting too hot. The cover is a very cute, neutral print. My only critique, however, is the Boppy complete is bulky. I’m unable to use it in my glider because of the width. I would advise measuring where you plan to nurse primarily to see if the Boppy complete can fit. If you are looking for function and comfort, look no further. This Boppy was everything I could have asked for! The pillow is very soft but also sturdy, the thicker cushion made nursing a breeze without worrying about slouching. The lumbar support was phenomenal. With traditional pillows, I often would lean forward for a deeper latch but the lumbar support belt allowed me to sit wherever I wanted without discomfort. The pattern was modern and fit with our home style so I could leave the pillow on the couch without it being an eye sore. I absolutely love this pillow and would recommend to all new parents, breast or bottle feeding.

The way this pillow takes a load off of your shoulders is incredible. I found myself not stooping too much like how I was previously with my regular Boppy. My son seemed to enjoy it too, the firmness, thickness and the little ledge really helped to corral him when feeding. We used this for bottle feeding and I used it for pumping. Both situations were great with this pillow, I felt like I could relax more during both with the adjustable belt and could even rest my arms on it more because it's a bigger footprint. I'm noticing less tension in my shoulders after using it for a little over a week. The grandparents like that it can adjust very easily with their differences in size and height. The lumbar cushion is a great addition I haven't seen on other nursing pillows, such a thoughtful addition! I love that it's a neutral pattern, we are looking to have baby #2 in a couple of years and I'm stoked I can use this then too! It goes well with our nursery decor. I also like that it can convert into a standard Boppy pillow too - great for travel and for the stage we are in... I’ve been using the Boppy Complete Nursing Pillow daily since bringing our newborn home, mostly for breastfeeding but also for bottle feeds when my husband and I switch off or I need a break. The pillow helps get the baby to the right height without me hunching over, and it takes a lot of pressure off my arms and shoulders. I also liked that it felt stable enough to use during middle of the night feeds when I was tired and less coordinated. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and well made. Not to mention such a cute pattern!! It has a spacious enough area to allow baby to be comfortable while lying to nurse and a great backrest for baby as well. Plus I found it very comfortable with the lumbar support on the belt! It also can serve as a backrest for baby to sit against when learning to sit independently— which makes it such a good investment as it can be used for months and is multifunctional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the appearance of this pillow. I think it would be best for the newborn phase, where firm support is needed most. When I was first figuring out breastfeeding, I definitely needed a good support for the baby since she was tiny, and also so I could have a hand free for either supporting myself or eating/drinking! I like that the waistband is removable, since I feed in different places and don't always need. In the newborn days especially, I really liked the stability of the waistband and the ability to move around with it on. Now that my baby is older I don't use a feeding pillow as much, but I do use the regular Boppy Pillow, so it's nice that the classic "C" pillow can come out of the cover. I think you would need a separate cover for that, so that's something to consider. When I use this pillow now for bottle feeding, I like that it's firm enough to set my phone on so I can see my phone hands free (especially nice if baby falls asleep and I am nap trapped!). The neutral design is one I love for my house. I did notice it attracts dog fur, so that's something to keep in mind but not a big deal for me. My first impression was that it feels firm, which provides really good support for my baby during feedings. Before this, I was using regular throw pillows to support my baby during feedings, but this has helped me so much and made feeding a lot easier and more comfortable. The adjustable belt should honestly be mandatory on all nursing pillows. It keeps the pillow snug against my body and prevents it from sliding forward with a wiggly baby. I also love that it can completely unclip from the pillow, making it more versatile and easier to wash the cover. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this nursing pillow in exchange for my review, however, these opinions are my own. I have a 7 month old and a 1 year old and am currently 3 months pregnant. Whew! It is baby central over here! We have used the standard boppy nursing pillow and found it to be helpful and were very excited to try this new style. This new complete version provides a much different experience. It has a firmer cushion which I found to be very supportive and much easier to hold baby in either the front feeding or football feeding position. I really liked the higher “ledge” like cushion which prevents baby from rolling off if you need to be hands free for a moment to grab a burp cloth or switch sides. The spacing where you wrap the pillow around you is also a little more squarish and thereby so much more comfortable. I found this pillow easier to move when switching feeding sides. I don’t really have a strong opinion on the lumbar support as I typically feed on the sofa or in the rocking chair and back is already cushioned on both of those seats. If I had to feed in a dining chair or something with a hard back, I think the lumbar support piece would be an added bonus, especially because you can slide it where needed and then clip it in place for comfort. For reference, I am 5’5 and I felt like the height and thickness of the pillow was perfect when around my waist and I did not have to hunch to feed. I was also not constantly readjusting because the pillow slipped down which is such a nice feature!! My husband is 6’2 and used this pillow to prop the baby up next to him as he bottle fed. He liked the new and improved opening space of this pillow in comparison to the regular boppy as it doesn’t “compress” the same way. He agrees that the cushion is extra supportive to prop up his arms when baby is having a contact nap and it doesn’t feel like he or baby sink into the cushion. All things considered, this is an excellent nursing and bottle feeding pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding for 6 months now and a nursing pillow is still used daily in our home for nursing support or for giving breast milk through a bottle. I received this nursing pillow to try as part of a testing panel in exchange for my honest review and after using the boppy complete nursing pillow for two weeks I wouldn’t purchase again. It’s far too stiff for our liking, so baby just lays on top vs the pillow actually cushioning her. I also found the back support attachment more tricky than helpful. It took quite a bit to get comfy with it especially when you have a wiggly hungry baby who just wants to eat. I tried every nursing session to give it a chance but I’d end up switching to our previous nursing pillow every time. I do like that the cover unzips so it can be washed and the design is neutral so it fits into any home. Overall though the cons outweighed the aesthetic pros.

I have been trying it out with our feeding routine for a few weeks now. I have used other nursing pillows with my first born that I pulled out and was using with my second child when the Boppy Complete Nursing Pillow arrived. It arrived on a super rainy day and luckily my delivery driver carefully placed it close to my door because the packaging did not contain any plastic (which is an environmental win!) but, not practical if the cardboard were to get soaked. When I put the Boppy on, I instantly appreciated how wide and comfortable the u-shaped opening was as I am a plus sized mama and it is truly designed and adjustable to fit all sizes. It felt super comfortable on my back (due to the lumbar cushion) and the soft fabric was very comfortable against my skin. It also has the perfect weight to the product that makes it feel like it can support your baby. My baby was born at 9 pounds and is currently 13 pounds and I don’t see any issues with the pillow being able to support him in the months ahead either! I used it to breastfeed directly and also to hold my baby when I would need to pump using wearable pumps. The best part of the design, I feel, is the thick, rounded contoured pillow, it curves down as it gets closer to your body and what that does is it actually gives the baby’s arm a place to rest when side-lying for feeding and I feel like it makes the baby more stable and actually closer to you, more comfortable for mom and baby! The extra bolster in the front also adds an element of safety. You can also unzip parts of the pillow to turn it into a more traditional Boppy as baby grows! One element I did find slightly awkward at times was there is no tab sewn on the back strap to secure the excess strap so it would just hang. Not a huge deal as I use this exclusively seated but the tail of fabric might be quite long if you’re more petite in size. You could probably cut it and sew it once you fit it to yourself. The new fabric patterns are gender neutral and can go with any decor. I have also washed and dried the entire pillow and straps as we had a milk spill and it came out totally unchanged and same as it was brand new. This nursing pillow was surely a well researched and produced product with a high end feel at an excellent price point, I highly recommend it!

I’m currently almost 7 months post partum and I am strictly breastfeeding at the moment. I also do pump while at work so my little girl does feed from a bottle as well. I’ve had a couple weeks to try out this nursing pillow and I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with this one! I personally have always found it the most comfortable nursing with a pillow that is on the firmer side and thick. This pillow gives me just that. It sits high enough to where I do not have to lean over to latch her. I can nurse with really good posture and it has been saving me from back pain. This pillow also has the coolest little bolster at the front so it cradles my baby comfortably. It has a strap with a removable lumbar support which is nice; however, I will admit I didn’t use it much. Although, it is a great feature I personally do not feel the need to strap on the pillow. The cut out of it cradles my waist perfectly so I had no issues with it moving around. As I mentioned before the pillow is thick, so because of that I will say it’s a bit heavy. If I’m holding my baby with one hand, trying to pick up the pillow with the other is a little hard but nothing that would make me reach for another nursing pillow. I use this pillow for nursing, when I bottle feed her and even when I’m trying to get her to go to sleep! Cradling her in my arms and the pillow underneath allows me to keep her close but at the same time allowing me to just relax my arms so they don’t get fatigued. The pillow sits high enough that I can hold my baby in my arms and truly relax. This main feature is what makes this pillow a winner for me. I’ve used other nursing pillows but I always found them to be too thin. I would always catch myself hunched over and nursing uncomfortably. I’ve even had to place a rolled up blanket in between the pillow and my legs to prop it up higher. Bigger is better in my case! I would absolutely recommend this pillow to any nursing mother who is looking for a pillow with a lot of support. It holds its shape and allows for a comfortable nursing experience. I would also like to add the neutral colors of this pillow are beautiful and I feel can blend in any nursing room or living room. It honestly can pass as a throw pillow and I love that I can leave it on my couch and not look out of place. As a person who appreciates and always reads reviews before making a purchase, I hope my review will help a nursing mama find her perfect nursing pillow.
