BOSU Sport Balance Trainer - Pink

The Bosu Balance Trainer is a classic. There have been imitations but the classic is still the best. Sturdy well constructed and just awesome.

The product seems really stable and holds pressure well. Looking forward to workouts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product. Super easy to set up. All I had to do was bump air in the back side of the black flare piece. Product comes with small hand pump and plugs for the exercise ball. I was able to pump it up in a minute or two. I really liked using this balance board in my daily workout. Love that I can use it for a couple different workout moves.

I use this device to help train my balance and for core/ ab workout exercises. This is compact enough to store when not in use. Effective enough to use everyday or for most exercises.

I downloaded the exercise poster provided from the BOSU website/mentioned in the packaging for extra inspiration. So far I've been doing a lot of my normal exercises with this (push ups, squats, lunges, abs) and it's really challenged me! I'm excited to start with more dynamic exercises soon to better emulate the challenges of skiing too. I feel like so many more muscles (in my feet, ankles, legs) engage just from standing on this while doing other exercises too. It fits under my bed when not in use, so easy to store. It was easy to pump up when I got it, and it feels super durable.

I recommend READING directions when inflating to prevent any problems that others seem to be having. I have only positive thoughts about my new bosu trainer. I absolutely LOVED using it at the gym and am SO EXCITED to have one for my home gym!! The possibilities are endless for uses. It is a little smaller then the ones at the gym, but it doesn't impact its use at all. I've included pictures, the water bottle is a 1.5 liter, for reference
