I would buy this product again. Very good quality!
Things that are great about the product are it can be used of anyone even the kids. It hold heavier user and it does not get flat. Very good quality and well made. *review sourced from SPRI

Essential piece of workout kit
I’m an aging special operations former action guy and I’ve been incorporating the Bosu in my workouts for about 4yrs. It’s become a staple in my workout regime and has helped me maintain and increase my core strength, balance and flexibility. The pro Bosu is much better than the 1st gen. Increased weight limit and better base traction. Love it!

High Quality, Amazing Work Out
The Bosu Pro Trainer is a great tool to have in your home gym as you can do so many exercises on it to maximize core strength. It is fun to use because it is different than most pieces of workout equipment. The quality of the product is super fine and seems like it is built to last. *review sourced from SPRI

Great to balance & functional training
I love using a Bosu ball for training! There are multi-functional and a great addition to balance and stability strengthening. I use for planks, mountain climbers, lunges, squats, and the list goes on. Having a tool that provides micro movements helps activate more muscles than if it were solid foundation. *review sourced from SPRI
