Poor Quality
I love the look and functionality of this bag, but after 2 months the zipper broke. They obviously have a quality issue which seems to be going unanswered. I returned for a refund.

Zipper Breaks
Super cute, but my zipper broke after 4 months. The blue color also makes stains (especially milk stains) very visible. Also have a friend that had the black bag. Their zipper also broke after 6 months.

Water Stains & Broken Zippers
Didn’t even use for a month and the main zipper broke. Any water splashes immediately stained the fabric and never came out. Couldn’t imagine if you spilled a bottle or drink on it if mere rain/water ruins the bag.

Cute Bag, Major Quality Issues
I would not recommend this bag. It is SO cutre but the quality is not good. The zippers got stuck constantly and eventually one broke completely and now the bag is unusable. I only had it a couple months before it broke!

Poorly made
