This is dramatic, but having to deal with the decorative flap with one hand when I’m trying to change my baby in public sends me over the edge. Not to mention the fabric around the zippers has ripped in just four months of use. Don’t buy

Love the size of this! We are officially out of "baby" mode and while I love the big size of the diaper bag for a laptop/etc as we send our toddler off with grandparents the little one is PERFECT. Not too bulky but fits everything we need for the day!

I love this product although I wish that the birch bag mini had the changing pad sleeve on the outside like the original birch bag size does. Other than that this bag is so good!!

I just received my Birch Diaper Backpack. I got it delivered in under a week! While the price was more than I usually would have paid, I really appreciated that it is manufactured by a small business and made in the USA (polyvinyl inside material and vegan leather imported from China). When I had a question about the tracking information I contacted the owner directly as instructed and she was very quick to respond and very polite. I checked over the bag thoroughly and there isn't anything broken and none of the stitching is loose. Should this change with use I will update this review. I did receive a free 6 month warranty which I thought was great because errors do occur during manufacturing and they are willing to take responsibility for that. Everything feels great. The easy wipe down interior of all of the pockets is fantastic! Love the stripes. The mommy pocket in the front with the key ring and little phone pocket at the top make me feel like this bag isn't just for baby. Everything I would keep in my purse will fit on the small front pockets of this bag! This bag looks magnificent and well designed with pockets for everything you could need and more. My current bag is a shoulder bag and with 3 kids under 4 (one coming June 18) it would slide right off, sometimes knocking my oldest in the head! (Oops. Sorry bud!) so out of the multitude of bags I searched through on various sites, I recommend this one. It literally has a pocket for EVERYTHING. Very excited.

Love the look of this bag and all the pockets, but the seams came apart already and we have only had it for two months. Very disappointing given how expensive it is.

This is a pretty good diaper bag, but 6 months in, one of the straps that's meant to attach it to a stroller broke off. The seam just unraveled. This is baby #3 for me so I don't even need use the diaper bag nearly as much as I did when my first 2 kids were babies. I think this should have lasted much longer.

Customer service is amazing! One of the zippers inside wasn’t sewn. We sent an email to customer service and they had a new bag shipped out immediately. It’s a beautiful bag and we get compliments whenever we go out. Can’t recommend enough!

Best diaper bag and company! I had a small rip on my first bag after 8 months of use and they overextended the warranty and sent me a new one! I love the space and look of this stylish bag. 10/10 would recommend to any expectant parent.

While I had some issues with the first bag, swift and friendly customer service resolved them. I love all the little pockets and the insulated side pockets. I can’t decide how I feel about the top flap- sometimes it’s an extra step to get to what I need, other times it’s a helpful layer of protection. All in all, I think this is a well designed, helpful diaper bag.

I had bought one of these birch bags not even 6 months ago and it started falling apart. And unlike most other companies that may have said you are out of luck past the 30-60 days, Parker co. had a 6-month warranty and sent me a completely new bag for FREE, with no shipping charges. I am so happy with our replacement, we have had no issue!

I bought as a baby shower gift and that isn’t til April. It was on the soon-to-be Mom’s registry. She will determine how to rate the backpack then. For now it appears to be just what she requested.

Bought it for our first baby. Seems sturdy and a nice size. We still have to try it out but everything seems to fit.

I absolutely love this diaper bag! Out of the 8 diaper bags I’ve already went through in 18 months this one has healed up the best. I totally recommend getting this diaper bag. It’s comfy to wear on your back, lots of storage pockets, and wonderful material. Just love everything about the diaper bag. I highly recommend. Alright now go get yourself one! :)

We haven’t used it a ton yet, as we are waiting for our baby to be born. However, it has a bunch of storage and I can tell it’s well made. I love how compact it is, while still having room for all my stuff.
