Not great
This is dramatic, but having to deal with the decorative flap with one hand when I’m trying to change my baby in public sends me over the edge. Not to mention the fabric around the zippers has ripped in just four months of use. Don’t buy

Would not recommend
I’ve only had this bag for 6 months and use it mainly on the weekends and the stitching is constantly coming undone. I’ve had backpacks for years and that’s never been an issue.

Good pockets, falls forward
I bought this a few months ago. Love all the pockets and that I can see most of the small things in the front mom pouch….but my goodness this thing cannot stand up on its own. Constantly falling forward which gets frustrating. That is the reason we are searching for another new bag.

Quality went down
Idk the quality really isn't as great as it used to be. I ordered one that lasted YEARS when the zipper finally gave out. I bought a new one and the zipper did not even last 6 months.

Awesome storage
This is my most favorite baby item!! After having our third kid I realized I needed the black bag ( to hide all stains) and it works perfectly! It still looks brand new and I got it over two years ago. Also super functional and has lots of pockets!

Love the size!
Love the size of this! We are officially out of "baby" mode and while I love the big size of the diaper bag for a laptop/etc as we send our toddler off with grandparents the little one is PERFECT. Not too bulky but fits everything we need for the day!

Good diaper bag - quality is average
3.5 stars. I like this diaper bag and love the style and look of it! My only issue is that I’ve had it for 7 months and the zipper has already broken and fallen off. Overall the functionality and style is great, but I’d say the quality is just average. The white also gets dirty really easily. I’d probably buy the grey or black if I did it again.

Good size, easy to clean, looks great! It is slightly heavy even when not full and the straps could use a tad more padding but otherwise it’s perfect for us

Functional diaper backpack at an affordable price
We were due for a new diaper bag since we’ve worn out our newborn diaper bag and I am so glad I bought this one. First and foremost I was so impressed with the amount of pockets and storage! After filling the backpack with all the essentials I was surprised that it did not look bulky at all! The included changing pad and stroller hooks are definitely a plus! Definitely worth the price!

I love this product although I wish that the birch bag mini had the changing pad sleeve on the outside like the original birch bag size does. Other than that this bag is so good!!
