One of the most eye-opening informative books I’ve read. Everyone should read this and focus on nose breathing for overall systemic health!

Highly recommend.
I’ve had a physical therapist, therapist and yoga teacher tell me I breathe only in my chest. And I hold stress between my ribs. This book showed me the techniques and explained the history, really everything about breathing in a way I finally understood. I now focus on belly breathing throughout the day as well as do other breathing exercises, which helps calm anxiety, and improve my over all mental and physical health.

Well written, super interesting, very helpful and surprisingly captivating
This book is not only fascinating but very well written! Full of forgotten science about amazing benefits of nasal breathing. Highly recommend reading this book. You'll learn how to improve your sleep, exercise, nitric oxide production, overall health and more. James gives numerous examples of how and why this shift in breathing is so powerful. In addition he and a colleague did an interesting experiment with the help of a scientist from Stanford University.
