    Can't teach old dog new tricks

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Beagle is inquisitive and is generally play loving.. unfortunately we could not get our Beagle to engage to play with the kit. A younger dog may have better results.

    Fun way to train the pooch!

    Lots of fun

    Engaging dog toys

She is having a really good time with it and I think he enjoys the challenge of working for his treats. If your dog enjoys a challenge then this is the perfect training set.

    Fun and kept my dog entertained

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving this set I was excited to try it on our 1 yr old puppy and our older 10yr old lab. My daughter and I opened it and I was impressed by the products inside they were not cheap, but instead durable, decently size products, although I would not give them to my dog to chew on, as they would not last nor are they meant for this. After breaking out the directions, reading and figuring out (they were very easy to understand and walk you through each trick) we tried them on our dogs... The 1 yr old puppy loved it and took to them very fast and especially excelled at the what bone is the treat under trick. The magic wand was also a hit and worked very well, even for every day treats! The only trick that my dogs struggled with was the pull the rabbit from the hat trick, but they were able to figure it out with a little extra help. I would recommend this for dogs that have a lot of energy and are avid learners, my 1yr old puppy if very inquisitive and into everything and she loves when she sees me go into the cabinet and pull out the box! My kids also enjoyed doing this and had a lot of fun interacting with both my dogs while using the set!

Most of the tricks that they have in the Magic Trick Training set are tricks that my dog Linnie already knew, and most of the props are worthless. The one great piece of the kit is the magic wand. The magic wand has a spot to insert a treat, which makes the dog extremely attentive to the wand. This make focusing your dogs attention a lot easier as long as the dog knows a treat is inside.

    Training Kit

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit didn't work for my dog. My dog kept looking at me like I was crazy. The only thing he responded to was the treats. I tried to get him to do things for the treats but it wouldn't work.
