The battery pack is easy to take out ,charge, and slip back in the wrap. The massager is a good idea but could use a little work as far as settings for the intensity.

He said his knee feels entirely better once he put it in. The massagers isn't too much while working. He gets through his day at work much smoother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was going to be a bit gimmicky, but I was wrong. The massage feature helps, but the best part for me is the heat. It really soothes my bum knee. It comes with a cold pack you can insert into a mesh sleeve, but I have not had occasion to use that yet. So far heat and massage work great together. You charge it from and included battery pack that you can also use to charge your electronic devices.

It seems to do a good job on her but doesn't provide a ton of heat to the knee. Our biggest complaint is the cold pack that goes inside of it doesn't transfer enough coolness to her knee - but all in all this is a great pickup and helpful when she's in a little bit of pain from her recovery.

You can use it on the warm setting or use it with an ice pack. There are different speed settings and it has a rechargeable power pack with it so that you can use it anywhere. It's like having your own personal masseuse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I have chronic knee pain. It was easy to set up. It fit comfortably around my knee. You can either use heat or they also give you an ice pack if you want to put ice on your knee. The confusing part of the ice pack is that I really don’t know where it is supposed to go. The directions state that you can put it anywhere you need ice. There is a little nylon pocket on the inside which I assume that the ice pack goes there, but the directions does not state that in particular. I like the fact that it has three different massage modes. It also has high, medium and low heat. Maybe it’s just me, but I can barely feel the heat on high heat. I do like the way it massages the knee. Not too hard or too gentle, but just right. The instructions recommend that you use this 30 minutes at a time once or twice a day. After the 30 minutes, my knee did loosen up and stop hurting, but it was only temporary. After awhile the pain returned. It could be because I haven’t been using this device continuously. I think this product is good, but it needs a couple of improvements, but overall it was OK. I wish that it could have supplied my knee with more heat. Not burning hot, but more than this device puts out. I will recommend this product for people who have minor knee pain.

The massage forms are very similar in feel with the push button system. The charging system is easy to use. It should have more distinct levels of intensity. It worked better on the muscle sections of the thigh not so much the knee joint itself which could be uncomfortable.

Fits well love the different levels of massage heats up pretty quickly, have yet to try it with the included freeze pack for the cold therapy feature. This device is great in that I can pamper my knee with heat + vibration or there is an ice pack insert that I can also use. Its totally wireless and powered by a power bank that is usb-c rechargeable. Have done both heat and vibration a couple times a day for a few days and battery pack still shows 75% charge. Material is nice and soft too!
