I bought this blanket because of the price, but now I understand why it's so cheap. After just one wash and dry cycle, it shed an insane amount of lint. The dryer filter was completely clogged with a giant ball of cotton—I've never seen anything like it. When I took the blanket out, there were these tiny balls of lint all over it, and they ended up all over my bed too. The worst part is that even after drying, the lint kept coming off. I could see cotton fibers still loose on the blanket itself. It's like the fabric just isn't holding together. I've washed plenty of blankets before, but this one sheds like crazy. If you're thinking about buying this because of the low price, save yourself the hassle. The quality just isn't there. You'll spend time cleaning lint out of your dryer and picking it off your bed, and you'll still end up with a blanket that feels cheap and falls apart when you wash it.
