BrylaneHome Bamboo Grommet Panel - 42" W 63" L, Natural Bamboo

A: The 42" W measurement refers to the flat, unstretched width of the panel itself. When the panel is hung on a rod using the grommets, the width will slightly adjust due to natural spacing between the grommets and the fold/pleat created at the top. As a result, a single 42" panel will typically cover close to its full width (about 40"–42") when hanging, depending on how tightly or loosely it is spaced on the rod. For a fuller, more gathered look, we recommend using two panels per window.

A: Thank you for your question. Each panel measures 42 inches wide when laid flat. The actual coverage width when hanging on a curtain rod will vary depending on how much gathering or fullness you prefer.

A: The panel is made from sustainably woven bamboo, with durable polyester banded hems for added structure and longevity. Yes, the built-in metal grommets allow the panel to slide easily along a curtain rod, so you can push it fully to one side or toward the wall when open. Just keep in mind the amount it stacks will depend on the width of the panel and the length of your rod. Also, since it is light-filtering (not blackout), it will soften sunlight and provide privacy, but it won’t fully block light—something to consider for a laundry room depending on how much coverage you want.

A: The 42" W x 84" L measurement is the curtain panel when it is fully flat and straightened out, not gathered or shown on the rod.

A: Yes! The BrylaneHome Bamboo Grommet Panel is designed with built-in metal grommets at the top, which are the rings you slide directly onto a curtain rod. They are part of the panel itself, so you do not need separate hooks or rings to hang them.
