Q: Does this tray fit on the multi seat too or just the original seat?

A: This Tray is made specifically for the Floor Seat. The Multi Seat comes with it's own tray that is only compatible with the Multi Seat.

Q: Are you supposed to detach the tray before and after each use or is it possible to slide your child into the bumbo seat with the tray still attached?

A: We recommend attaching the tray once your child is in the seat and then removing it before taking your child out of the seat. The tray pieces should remain attached to each other once joined (do not separate the stem and tray).

A: This particular product is not a seat itself, but a tray attachment for the Bumbo Floor Seat. The Floor Seat is intended for children who are first learning to sit upright, and requires adult supervision at all times. It is also only meant to be used on an even, floor surface. Proper use instructions should be followed and can be found in the product manual and on the seat itself, as well as on the Bumbo USA website.

A: The Play Tray is sold separately, and is intended for use with the Bumbo Floor Seat. It consists of two pieces that are detachable. Once the tray is put together, it will fit onto the middle pommel of the Floor Seat.

A: This tray is made for use with the Floor Seat. The Floor Seat has an age range of 3-12 months, but will differ from child to child. As long as your child fits comfortably in the seat, they will be able to use the tray attachment. The tray rests on the middle pommel on the seat, and spreads across the arms in line with the front edge of the seat. The tray does not take away any space from the seat when it is attached.

Silly me, i thought i was buying the seat WITH the tray :/ which was all they showed in the pictures. They never showed the tray by itself in the pictures. So disappointed.
