Not very impressed. Small cleaning head. Doesn’t pick up small particles well. Poor suction. Heavier than my previous shark vacuum.

I bought this product only 3 months ago, because of the duo clean and no hair being caught. I thought it would have very good suction as the other vertex corded vaccum I have but it does not. Its approx half the suction power. the cord does get caught, it got caught on the mechanism along the side the the brush head where you cannot reach with scissors, now the vacuum head won't work and there is not way for me to take the components apart to remove the hair. very disappointed. I don't recommend purchasing for individual with pets with long hair or if you have females in your home with long hair.

What I like the most is the fact that it's cordless, so I'm not limited to cleaning various places that were difficult for me before. It's great for cleaning under my bed and bedroom furniture. I love that it has lights, I'm seeing dirt I didn't see before when vacuuming, the weight is perfect. I manage to clean my house well without getting as tired as with my old vacuum cleaner. It's easy to use and clean. The battery life I found ok. The accessories that come with it are great for cleaning my baseboards, corners of my closets, corners of stairs and many other corners in my house. I found it great for cleaning all carpets and laminate floors.

We bought this vaccum about a month ago to upgrade our corded Shark Vaccum we had for 9 years.... BIGGEST MISTEAK EVER! We are loyal shark costumers for years, have recommended there products to friends and family simply due to the product quality and costumer service. Well this vaccume has been nothing but pure disappointment. The battery charge is herendious as well as battery life, the head is clogged with hair almost every single use, the clean out trap it a pain to empty, my list could go on. I have never been so disappointed. For the price we paid for this vaccum we would expect much more. Even more so from shark. I do not recommended this Vaccum to anyone with animals, or anyone for anything really. This is probaly sharks worst vaccum product yet :(

It also is cordless which is awesome no more unplugging just to move to another room. It picks up everything with ease as well I highly recommend this vacuum.

Wonderful.I've been using the Duo regularly for a few months now and it has been a blessing (and is actually fun to use). I keep it on hardwood setting with regular suction over our hardwoods and also smaller rugs / runners, only occasionally having to pull the turbo trigger, and it does a wonderful job. I use it on the carpet setting across medium to large area rugs and in my office, and have never had to use the turbo function for it to get everything! Every once in a while I have to go over a string the dog pulled off her tug toy or similar a couple times, but the vacuum always gets it and never tangles. It leaves a clean floor with nice vacuum lines in my office as well.

No worrying about wrapping it up tripping over it or ruining the cord.Very easy to operate its lightweight its bendable to go under furniture it came with a attachment to use for crevices. This is not to be used for Anything with water just dry vacuum. When fully charged only works under a hour. Its perfect just for regular cleaning

Other than that, very good suction and easy to empty. Battery lasts a decent while unless using the turbo button for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is nice but has its pros and cons. First it is so convenient. You just grab it and you’re off. My kids even fight over it which is a headache in itself but I guess a good problem to have. The maneuverability is amazing and the ability is has to bend and slide under practically any piece of furniture is really beneficial. The two settings are nice to switch from hard floors to carpet. The bright led lights help see crumbs on the floor and rugs. The turbo suck trigger is nice but I almost it was always on. Charging is simple. Plug it right in and there is a clear indicator for battery level and charging. now some cons are that it really doesn’t have the suction power I’m looking for when it comes to carpeting. For a simple glaze over its fine but to really get deep down and clean the carpet fibers I feel like it’s just not cutting it. Cleaning the hardwood is ok even though I do seem to have to go over some things a few times to pick it up. The batter life isn’t great. Especially if you are on carpet mode or turbo suck a lot it’ll die pretty quickly. Another huge bummer for me is that the head is so small. To cover all the square footage on my rugs it takes forever. The beater bar on my canister vacuum is twice as big so it goes by twice as fast. One more thing is that it can get hard to hold and uncomfortable in your hand after extended use. You feel fatigued and like to have to shake of your cramped up hand. Overall I’d say as a second vacuum to have on hand it’s great. Keep it in the pantry for kitchen crumbs and things like that. Personally it doesn’t have the power I feel like I need to get a truly clean carpet. My husband called it a “glorified dust buster” and I actually think that’s a perfect description.

I love the fact that it’s cordless and light weight. You can use it on tile hardwood and also carpet. It’s rechargeable, which lasts me a few days of vacuuming multiple times during the day. It fold down for easy storage and if you fold the opposite way you can go under your table without bending down. Super easy to use and empty I would highly recommend everyone getting one.

First off the design is very practical, not bulky, not heavy, easy to move around, it bends to reach under furniture, and folds over for better storage, the top part detaches to conveniently vacuum over furniture or to spot vacuum. I put it to the test and compared it to my previous vacuum, the suction is incredible on carpets and rugs. I love how I can go from floor to carpet and carpet to floor at a press of a button, and I as soon as I know my entire house is all done! ... all the buttons on the vacuum are easy to see and recognize their function, and after you are all done, it has a button ejector that you use to empty all directly into the trash. Of course the very first thing to do is to charge it... I use almost 2 charges for the entire house, not bad, not bad at all.

I decided to give the Shark one a try and I have been very impressed. It doesn't have quite the maneuverability as my previous one but it cleans better, which is more important to me. It folds up and can stand up on it's own so you don't have to mount it on the wall to get it out of the way and it swaps between the floor vacuum to the hand-held version very quickly.

I have 4 dogs and the brushes do not get tangled in dog hair. The Flex up Feature is great for hard to reach places like under couches, chairs, beds and more.It keeps a very long charge. This is the best vacuum out there !
