Poor quality control
They gave me a gift bag with only 1 handle. The process to redeem a good quality item was painful.and unnecessary. They make it the customers responsibility to fix the issue.

They just threw the bag in my shipped order and there was a large cut down the bag. When I looked inside the bag there was old dirty tape at the bottom. I think this was used and returned.
