    Never in Stock when they're on Sale

    We like these chips (5 stars). We buy them often and would like to buy them at the advertised 2/$4 price. It's not the first time Target has advertised this same sale price for a 2 week period, but they've been out of stock the ENTIRE time they've been 'on sale'. No doubt they will be back in stock when the sale date expires. Thanks for nothing, Target.
