These should have been named Tortilla Chips: The Director's Cut. Our sister, Vero, made tortilla chips without any grains that taste better than any regular tortilla chip you've ever eaten. We were skeptical at first, too, but they're smooth and crispy and light and refreshing. We make it rain with sea salt, so you can eat them straight out of the bag or with your favorite dip or salsa.

    I loved Siete brand before it got bought out. After the buy out, the big manufacturer reworked the ingredients. To me, it seems to go rancid Much faster now after opening. In the old recipe, if it got stale I would bake them to get the crunch back. But, not it only becomes trash once its sat around for a bit.
