A staple!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s a reason you can find these anywhere. They are a staple for any woman. Wear for extra protection during your cycle or even if you’re worried about a little leakage if you sneeze or laugh. You know what I mean! Love that you can find these anywhere. They stay in place well. Maybe not the best absorption but they aren’t supposed to be like a pad. Just a little extra protection

A good liner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am unfortunately blessed with frequent discharge and slow building and ending periods. Pantyliner are a big part of my feminine hygiene routine. The wrapper is easy to unwrap and doesn't tear. The liners are a nice in-between of thick enough to absorb but thin enough to not feel bulky. They stick well. There is a slight floral period product smell but nothing obvious.

These are a lifesaver!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These adhere very well to my cotton fabric, they feel virtually invisible with how perfectly sized and proportionate they are. I don’t notice any fragrance on the liner!

Def a repurchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been loving these! They are thicker than a panty liner which has been helping on my light flow days that aren’t enough for a tampon. They travel so easily. They stay on my underwear the whole time too.

Worth it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Live these pantyliners to have on hand! They’re very thin but get the job done! They last a decent amount of time, and they’re very flexible and easy to move in! Maximum comfort with minimal effort.

Overall Solid Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an almost daily user of liners, so I was pleased to review Carefree's Regular liners. I tried them in underwear with varying gusset sizes, as well as with both pants and skirts, to get a good sense of how they'd fair in various forms of wear. Overall, I'd say this is a solid product. For me, it worked best in panties with a wider gusset, and in looser fit pants or skirts. I found adhesion was best in those conditions - with a more narrow gusset, or in slimmer fit pants, skirts or tights/leggings, I found the liner would start to lift and bunch after a few hours of wear. Comfort was good - I typically prefer a thinner liner, but I didn't find that Carefree's Regular felt bulky or otherwise "intrusive". Absorption was good as well. I think these worked best for me on days of lighter activity and relatively looser fitting bottoms.

comfortable and reliable for everyday use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using these panty liners daily and they work well for light protection. They are soft, comfortable and stay in place. I like that they are individually wrapped for convenience. Good for freshness or backup with subtle odor control. Overall, a reliable everyday option.

Tried and true
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is something we don't tend to talk about, but pantyliners are something that a lot of people need! Whether you have a very light period, are ovulating and have extra discharge, or even have slight urinary incontinence, a pantyliner can save the day. It is thin and frankly, barely noticeable compared to a pad for periods or urinary issues. Easy to slip into your pocket or purse and go about your day carefree 😉! The comfort and protection exceeds the price tag.

You changed Quality
Not the same product: Adhesive does not stick as strong like before Liners bunch up now Quality is now subpar Have switched now to a product I never used called ALWAYS. No issue now with adhesive or punching up.

Changed product
I've bought these liners for years. The long was a perfect for every day wear. But a couple months ago the liner was changed along with how the product was packaged. I dont know what you did different but I will say they suck now. They are thinner and the liner doesn't stay put very well on your underwear. I'm very sad that I may have to find something else that works.

Bring back the original design
Why change a good thing! These are thinner, there's more plastic underneath then the original. I regret buying the large package.

Use everyday
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the daily sanitary napkin product I have used during 6 years in the US. The bandage is not too big compared to my panties. Good absorption, the patch is very clingy to the pants. It is very comfortable to use every day

Adhesive is not good!!!
As of 03/2026 The most recent ones I got leave sticky residue on my underwear and on my skin! I haven’t always bought carefree for years- it was my number one but I don’t know what you guys did with the adhesive material/formula - it’s not good. Please fix it!!!
