I noticed that I had more odor with these liners than with any other ones (other natural ones included.). Thought it was just my imagination, switched to my old natural brand and it took much longer for any odor to become noticeable. Disappointing because I went through double as many because of it. Plus they don't stay put, the sticky part in the back is pretty lame.

Not the same as their smaller panty liner

It is bigger than the other thin panty liner they have but in terms of quality, it is not the same. The feel is also different. It is harder and not as soft. I feel like there is more moisture down there as this one feels less breathable and less absorbent than their smaller panty liner and the adhesive is only partial so it rolls up.

First of all, it’s pretty telling that most of the 5 star ratings were “collected as part of a promotion” discrediting their review. These do not hold more than a spot or 2. The lack of wings cause them to not stay in place; constantly coming off which welcomes a whole host of issues. For all those who “love” this product, I will gladly ship the remaining defects to you for free.

The adhesive is inconsistent so it can bunch easily and the top cotton layer easily detaches. The quality is poor, but it's a trade-off to consider if you have to go through many liners within the day, like with IVF protocols. In this case, I feel like the cost per liner is a good value. I would not recommend this to others otherwise.
