Carex Universal Bath Seat without Back - Height‑Adjustable Plastic Shower/Bath Bench - White

I have a really bad back ( unfortunately), so my doctor ordered a shower chair and was a huge disappointment, so I searched Target for something I thought would be more suitable, and I stumbled across this gem ! I read carefully read through the reviews and was not disappointed, so I decided to place an order. I realized that after placing the order, I didn't take note of the measurements , so I wasn't sure if I was going to have to return it . The chair arrived earlier than expected, which was really nice ! No complaints on the packing . Packaged neat , clean, and nothing broken. Assembling was really easy and only took less than 5 minutes to put together . I sat it in my shower, and it doesn't wobble like the previous one I had from the medical manufactor, which was very unsturdy . This chair sat sturdy / no wobbing . I love that the seat is wide, and it's a handle for the shower nozzle. I dont have to keep reacting upwards anytime I need to use the shower nozzle . I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this chair for anyone wanting to sit with comfort and ease whiling showering. Nice product !

I had another brand of bath seat before that had aluminum legs and a plastic seat. I had felt secure in it but the legs started to get wobbly recently so I needed a new one. I saw this one but didn't want all the plastic so I tried two others similar to the one I had previously. They were both wobbly and I felt like I was going to fall over. I decided to try this one and I'm very satisfied. It feels very secure in my bathtub and the seat is wide and deep which makes it much more comfortable than the one I had previously. The legs are much easier to adjust and there are markings on the legs to help make them even. The legs adjust by twisting not by push pins which could be difficult sometimes depending on the pain in my hands. I would recommend this to others. Also, the price of the ones I returned was a good $20 more so I appreciate the affordability.

It’s exactly what I ordered

I purchased this item in September 2023. I wasn't sure I'd like, I've tried other chairs in the past that weren't made for bigger bodies. This chair does not disappoint. I have a regular size tub, it still fits. It's easy to assemble, and not heavy at all. The rubber on the bottom is a huge plus. It stops the chair from sliding around. Highly recommend for anyone 300lbs+

I bought this after having had surgery, and I could not stand in the shower. The rubber feet definitely keep it in place. The chair is a good size (I weigh 125 lbs) and quite sturdy. You just snap the 4 legs in place, and it's good to go. It fits perfectly in a walk-in shower where a tub used to be.

There is not really a lot to the seat: plastic with four adjustable height legs. It has holes for drainage and built in handles for moving it around. I have it sitting in my shower stall, and sit on it every time I shower. I also use it to keep my balance when I turn around. It is completely waterproof, extremely stable, and generously proportioned enough to fit me without any problem. It is contoured for as much sitting comfort as is possible on a hard plastic seat. I have not tried any other shower seats, nor have I tried this one in a bathtub shower. That said, I cannot think of a thing I would change about it and highly recommend it for use in shower stalls like mine.
