Ordered this case and after 2 weeks, it broke (side started separating from the back of the case) . Decided to order a new one and the same thing happened to the second case! Such a disappointment because they are cute, but not sturdy at all.

I purchased the Case Mate Karat Marble phone case in February 2023, and unfortunately, I have had some issues with it. January 2024 the case has turned yellow, and the sides are no longer attached properly. Casemate has always been my go-to phone case brand, but lately I'm starting to have some doubts. However, I am pleased with the company's customer service as they were quick to respond to my claim and send me a new case. It is worth noting that there is a shipping cost of $7.59 for the replacement case. Overall, I am satisfied with how the company handled my claim, but I am disappointed in the quality of the case itself. I hope that the new case will be of better quality and will last longer.

Does not fit iPhon2 13 pro max. I bought this by mistake and figured I would see if it fits my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Whelp it does not. The lock button insert is slightly off, making the button useless when the case is on. Bummer.

Hello, Correct. The item you purchased was for an iPhone 14 Pro max, which has a slightly different design than the 13 series which causes a different fit.
