The illustrations in this book are gorgeous and the words flow very nicely and sound pretty, however the actual content is disappointingly shallow and vague. My kids don’t ask to read it and I think it isn’t concrete enough for the age it’s written for.

Beautiful children’s book by a talented poet. My daughter loves the illustrations. It is poetry, so it may not be easy for children to understand at first, but they will pick up on the concepts of diversity and inclusion, and most importantly, enjoy the time spent reading it with a loved one.
Perfect!

This is a beautifully illustrated book about being the change you want to see. The young girl and her friends go on a musical journey to clean up a park, feed people, and help an elderly woman.
