Compact and lightweight — good for countertop or drawer storage. Works on both straight and serrated blades. Durable diamond abrasives won’t wear out easily. Still need more time to know but overall I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chef’sChoice Knife Sharpener Review I’ve been using the Chef’sChoice knife sharpener for a few months, and it’s made a big difference. It’s super easy to use—just a few passes and my knives feel brand new again. I like that it works on both straight-edge and serrated knives, and the results are consistent every time. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s a small tradeoff for how sharp the blades get. Definitely worth it if you cook often and want to keep your knives in great shape.

Great machine!

It works really well, but as a chef I am always scared to let a machine sharpen my knife, partially because one of my knives has a single bevel. This machine is well designed, durable and I’m not worried about ruining my knives. Good quality.

Great addition to the kitchen!

I previously had a manual sharpener but I never felt like I was using it properly or that the job was getting fully done. With this I don’t have that worry. It’s easy to use and now I always keep my knives sharpened. I feel safer using them as well because I know they aren’t dull!

It’s small and compact barely takes up any space on the counter so that’s a plus . It definitely sharpens the knifes so just be careful . I’ve tried it on a few knives and will continue to use it .
