I’ve been buying this yogurt regularly, and overall, it’s a solid pick. For a non-fat Greek yogurt, the texture is surprisingly creamy and smooth—not watery like some other brands. It’s thick enough to feel satisfying, whether I’m eating it plain or mixing it into a smoothie. The vanilla flavor is subtle and not too sweet, which I appreciate. It doesn’t taste artificial, though there’s a bit of a tang and sometimes a very slight aftertaste—probably from the gums or pectin they use to stabilize it. Packaging is simple and clean. The individual cups are easy to toss in a bag for work, and I like that they’re recyclable. One downside is the added sugar—it has around 4 teaspoons per serving, which is more than I’d like for a “healthy” option. But it’s still a better choice than a lot of overly sweet yogurts out there.

Favorite go to yogurt. Not only is the taste delicious it has a great texture and consistency. I love to use it in a breakfast bowl topped with fruit and granola. It is my literal favorite yogurt and I cannot recommend enough. Made with great ingredients and overall a great staple.

These are a go-to for me while I’m on a diet. Super easy way to get my protein in and surprisingly the taste is really good. I always buy these and they’re pretty much always on sale which is a bonus. Definitely a staple in my fridge.
