It does have a good amount of heat, so a little goes a long way. If you want a great, well rounded hot sauce I would definitely it a try.

It's not fiery, it's kind of tangy and bright, like vinegar and a little salt with that chili flavor sitting in the background. Put it on eggs, tacos, popcorn, honestly almost anything. You can dump a lot on without it burning your face off, which is the point for me. If you're looking for real heat, though, this isn't it. You'll have to add something else. And the vinegar can hit a little sharp if you taste it straight from the bottle. The wooden top is cute and pours easy, but the glass feels fragile. Overall? Solid everyday sauce. Keep it in the fridge and you'll use it all the time.
