Helps your thyroid work efficiently
I've found that taking this and the other Dr. Christopher thyroid supplement seems to make my thyroid work more efficiently. There is a noticeable difference in my energy if I forget to take it. It's definitely effective without any side effects, at least for me. I had no digestive or other problem taking it as I can with some supplements, so I'm going to reorder it.
