Perfect dip for a light snack
We usually make hummus and roast jalapeño or Serrano and it’s delicious but when you don’t feel like making it, this one isn’t bad at all… just blend in one roasted Serrano or jalapeño, some extra tahini, squeeze limón pinch of salt and it’s as close to homemade as possible!! Dip cucumbers, baby carrots, apple, pita or tortilla chips. Perfect hot weather snack especially lately!

Title: Overly acidic and already separating This review is for the Good & Gather red pepper hummus, although for some reason Target is displaying a photo of the black sesame hummus on the review page. Unfortunately, the red pepper version was disappointing. It was far too acidic for my taste, to the point that the acidity overwhelmed the chickpea, tahini and roasted pepper flavors I expected from hummus. More concerning was the condition of the product. Mine was already separating, with visible liquid collecting apart from the hummus. Some separation can occur naturally, but when a refrigerated prepared product on the shelf has deteriorated noticeably in texture and presentation, it should at least be evaluated for markdown or removal rather than sold at full price. Between the excessive acidity and poor condition of the container I purchased, I won't buy this again.
