New batches won't melt properly!
I have used this brand many times in the past and it was always my favorite, but for some reason, these last four containers that I got, they wouldn’t melt to dipping consistency, they would melt into a cake frosting consistency, not at all effective for dipping strawberries. I guess I’m going back to the Girardelli dipping chocolate which works perfectly, even though I don’t love the flavor quite as much as the Dolce Frutta. 😑 Disappointing,

Dont buy if its in a refridgerated area.
I had purchased a few days prior to test out a chocolate strawberry recipe. It worked great! I ended up buying 4 more, but the thing is that they were kept with the refrigerated strawberries.. on the package it clearly says NOT to refrigerate. So while I was making a recipe for an important event the night before; all 4 containers that were kept cold seized up like brownie batter. I even tried to use the double boiler method to salvage it and nothing worked. This is a great product when it works but highly disappointed on how Target ruined the product for me before I could even use it.
