[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these for my daughter's swim class. I was hoping it would keep water out and keep their hair dry during lessons as promoted. I thought the price was steep but worth it if worked. Followed the instructions: exposed ears, pulled the straps tight, squeezed air out, etc etc. Didn't work. Even got the kids size and that didnt work either. Their hair was soaked. I now have to double up with a silicone cap and this to keep their hair a little dry.

Reached out to customer service over a month ago to start up the process. . (you submit a video/picture of the product(s) you’ve purchased so that they can inspect the condition before accepting the exchange) then once it’s submitted, the website says to expect an email for the shipping label, but I have yet to hear back. My caps are brand new and not ever used till this very day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Greetings. For our family vacation I was looking for something that would keep the whole family’s hair dry during our play in the pool. Which is why I made the purchase. However I was the only one to be able to take advantage of the caps. As a family we all wear protective hair styles. My girls hair is braided my sons hair is in joyful locks and I’m rocking two strand twists. So I placed an order for the youth size for my girls and the adult size for my son and I. Since the one I purchased for my son wouldn’t fit I let one daughter wear his and my other daughter wore mine. So my son and I didn’t have a cap. Not wanting to disappoint my youth I frolicked around in the pool with them while getting my hair wet, which wasn’t the plan. Not sure what the return exchange policy is just would like to get the larger size for my son and one of my girls. Overall very satisfied with the quality and the feel of the cap. The satin lining is everything. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. Just that if you have thick hair like we do, go up a size even for the youth. The adjustable strap will take up the slack. Thank you.

Hair stayed dry, however this week during the backstroke daughter's hair got significantly wet. Can't be sure if it was operator error or not. . . Will retry next week and update the review.

Graciously, ‘Fritche’ offered to help by redirecting me to the page to re-teach how to put on securely. I reviewed the video 5 times with no success in keeping hair dry. What a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Not worth it!

I sawm a few laps, so my head was pretty much submerged. Almost my entire head was completely dry. The back of my head was wet. I may have pulled it too tight to ensure dryness, which made it too tight for comfort.
