Slightly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleep cap was attractive, but I find it slips off during the night. Tightening the band hasn't helped. Additionally, I wish you had an option which accommodated medium hair length. There is so much extra material. I prefer it not hang in my neck or flop around when I turn my head while sleeping
TERRIBLE PRODUCT! Not worth the investment/. Run away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After wearing the consume cap 3 times, the satin lining tore and frayed!! The cap did not keep water out. Graciously, ‘Fritche’ offered to help by redirecting me to the page to re-teach how to put on securely. I reviewed the video 5 times with no success in keeping hair dry. What a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Not worth it!
Finally, a Swim Cap that Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with thick hair, I’ve struggled to find a swim cap that fits and keeps my hair dry. The Hairbrella Swim Cap changed that. It’s roomy enough to fit over my hair without pulling at my edges, and it’s actually comfortable—no more headaches or tight bands. It really protects in the water as advertised. My hair stayed dry after swimming laps and doing water aerobics. A minor bit of dampness near the edges if I’m fully submerged, but nothing like the soaking I used to get with regular caps. It’s soft-lined, durable, and folds easily for travel. The design is sleek, not flashy, and it protects my hair from chlorine, which has saved me hours of post-swim detangling and dryness. Yes, it costs more than a basic cap—but if you have natural or protective styles, it’s so worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only worn the cap once and was very impressed. I currently have braids that I did not want to get wet. I sawm a few laps, so my head was pretty much submerged. Almost my entire head was completely dry. The back of my head was wet. I may have pulled it too tight to ensure dryness, which made it too tight for comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good day. My daughter and I used our caps while on vacation and while they were fitted tightly on our heads; water filled them resulting in our hair saturated with pool water. I wish to send back for a refund. Thank you for the opportunity to try a new product. I was truly hoping to have a different/great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a two pack and they arrived quickly and packaged well. I was so excited for my kids to use them to protect their locs during swim. The fit, comfort, and convenience is great. My only and BIGGEST complaint is that one of the swim caps don’t buckle closed! It makes me angry because it doesn’t protect my son’s hair like he needs but he still wears it because it keeps his hair dry for the most part. I’d love to exchange the broken one for one that works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cap itself is very nice and is made out of great material. However my hair did get wet. I have braids they were in a ponytail and half of the ponytail got wet. My scalp did not get wet so it wasn't that bad however for the price of the cap Iwas hoping that nothing would get wet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buyer beware!!!! I purchased 2 swim caps for my daughters. They didn’t work. I followed the instructions. My daughters’ hair was soaking wet. A total waste of money! What’s worse is that I have been trying to return them for a refund with no response. The customer service is terrible.

I hate my Hairbrella Night Bonnet. It is uncomfortable and constantly slides off. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but does not accept returns after 30 days. I sincerely regret this purchase.

Unfortunately I am giving an update to my last review. The material is very nice but it may be too nice. No matter how tight I try to adjust the strap the sleep cap continues to slide halfway off of my head. I really wanted to like this product for “obvious reasons” but it’s just a high priced bonnet that doesn’t stay on your head. The “other” cheaper bonnets are a much better option from a local beauty supply store. I would not recommend this product at all. This is very disappointing. I purchased the swim cap too I just haven’t tried it out yet. I will definitely leave an update under that product once I go swimming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two and had high hopes as my daughter and I both had fresh braids for our Disney vacation. Day 2 of a 7 day vacation we went swimming with the caps on and our hair ended up soaked. Also, water was still inside the cap as we pulled the caps off. I had the caps as tight as they could go. This was unfortunate bc I had to wash our braids. Perhaps we should have had smaller sizes. I don’t know, but I am saddened to report that it didn’t work out. I wish the company well and much success! Maybe in the future we will try it out again.
