A: Thank you for your inquiry. Satin is a type of weaving technique based on a unique weaving pattern using a specific fiber woven into a specific structure. The weaving pattern lends to the satin feel and smoothness. Our products are made with a polyester fiber woven into a into a satin. Traditionally satin is made from silk, but it is very common to find satin made from a variety of other fibers such as polyester, rayon and cotton. Offering a poly-satin weaving pattern allows us to make affordable, premium quality products that can adjust to the styling needs of our consumers. Misleading
“Non-abrasive, high quality satin bonnet Double-sided smooth satin finish” it is NOT double-sided. The smooth satin is on the outside (unnecessary) and the inside is rough and abrasive. Returning as soon as possible.

You are correct. We apologize for the mention of "double-sided". This is a typo and we will correct it immediately. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. To address your other concern, we purposely package our bonnets with the smooth satin showing so you can see the quality from the circle cut out. However when worn correctly, the smooth satin should touch the hair and rough side should be on the outside. The bonnet should be flipped upon opening to reap the benefits of satin.
