I wanted to like this items, I like the organization and the handle. However, even after watching videos and reading reviews, I still could not get it to open. So I returned it.

The worst thing I’ve ever bought at Target. Ridiculous you have to snap off the handles just to open and Impossible to snap them back on.

Love these containers! they work great for organizing all of my medicine! highly recommend!

I used this as a medicine box for my daughter’s dorm room, it worked perfectly and I was able to fit everything in it. Some of the reviews mentioned how difficult it was to open/close but we didn’t run into any issues, it was easy to open & close. I would definitely recommend it!

I was very excited to see this toolbox. I had been looking for exactly something like this for my painting supplies. What a disappointment! Add me to the numerous people who can't get the thing open. It's a very poor design. I don't want to fight to get into something that supposed to make my life easier. I strongly suggest user testing before putting something like this on store shelves.

I absolutely love how convenient the little unit is! So much fits in it and I love that it comes with the three additional little compartment boxes. You can even purchase other sizes seperately and customize it to your liking. It did take me a few minutes to learn how to open it but once you learn, its so easy. For me, the top handles seem sturdier than the bottom ones so they require a little more strength but the more I use it, I'm sure they won't be as strong. The trick is to push the handle inwards with your bottom fingers while pulling the handle out with your thumb :)

Perfect for organizing a deep drawer!

I grabbed this unit because I liked the the modular design and convenience, but when I finally got home to use it the issues began. The bottom container opens easier than the top but depending on the angle/force applied the locking mechanism can break. The top is absolutely a nightmare due to the fact the locking mechanism is comprised of six different tabs and slot resulting in an experience where opening it results in the handle ripping off 3 of the 4 times I've opened it. Absolutely avoid this item until a redesign for the latches/lids.

The bin is cute and good for storing various sized items. It is not immediately apparent how to open it but if you push the rectangular handles on the sides down it'll open.

I want to like this but I can’t get it open..
