A: Hi Cwood513! We are sorry to hear you are having trouble assembling the 3- Tier Utility Cart. To assemble this item, note that you will need 4 legs, 2 feet, 4 wheels, and 3 bins. We recommend starting from the bottom: place each caster in the designated hole that you will find at the bottom of each foot. Firmly press each caster in. Next, attach the first bin to the feet by snapping the feet onto each side. Nest, attach the first two legs by inserting them into the opening. Each leg has a sort of "indentation"; this is where the bin on top will rest, so make sure that these indents are facing inward. Repeat the process until finished! We hope this information helps!

A: Hi Jenny! The 3 Tier Utility cart was designed for general household use and is not waterproof and do not contain UV protection. At higher temperatures, the plastic can eventually become flexible and could warp or deform. Prolonged exposure to these extremes will negatively impact the performance and longevity of the item.

Doesnt permanently stay together
I bought this to out dog grooming supplies on and wheel it in and out of the house. I need to lift it over the sliding glass door frame and every time I do, each layer pulls apart. Not super stable so shouldn’t be used for heavy items. I have 2 one gallon shampoo and conditioner bottles and a grooming blow dryer. So way too heavy to use on something like this. I wish the layers stayed together better!

Love thwse wish they had the purple still
Great value I am not careful w My Stuff These have been packed full w heavy stuff they roll great the only complaint is if u lift them they come apart if you’re not gentle but that’s also a good thing Because u can customize how many tiers u have !!!! These are a great deal I got 3 of them, bought one and had to get more and wish I got more of the purple before they stopped selling them. They clean up SO EASILY, I am not kidding I had spilt something sticky on one I didn’t realize it was there for like six months and it wiped clean no problem!!!! As long as u move it by the top like gently push down as u move it it will not have any issue not to sound like it’s unstable it’s not it just comes apart at the layers but they pop in easily but just Move It slower if its full of heavy stuff I’ve filled these with probably at least 30 pounds on the tiers together and have had zero issues just don’t pull up to move it because that’s how u can remove the stacks or add to it. Honestly I can’t. Say enough good about these they’re the best deal I’ve found for the quality and I Love Storage so honestly stop reading and start being happy With your purchase lol not paid for this

Have it in my laundry room and just roll it up the washing machine. It has my detergent and all the things we buy to do the laundry! It holds a lot. Do not have to reach way up over the washer or dryer to get what I need. It freed up the selves above the washer and dryer for things not in use every day. When I have all the laundry done roll the cart back to its corner.
