Q: How do you separate the shelves that were packaged one inside of the other. They are stuck together and I cannot get them apart.
A: Mine came fused together too. I finally reached customer service by phone who could not understand the problem. Really frustrating!

I took the handle of a hammer and struck the corners and the middle a few times rotating the shelves until they started to loosen up. Believe me I wanted to throw them at a wall since I finally came up with this solution 40 minutes in.

submitted bySusan - 1 month agoA: Use a long screwdriver in one of the shelf holes and one person holds it and pulls while the other person pulls the shelves. Do this on each side for each shelf and it works like magic.

Q: Does this cart have a lid offered as an accessory?
A: I'm looking for a lid also!!! I couldn't find one anywhere though so I'm assuming the only options are to either turn the top basket upside down, make our own lids, or do without it

Q: what type and size screws were used for this cart?
A: 1/4-20 x 1/2 screws. We could not find the exact screw but any flat or Phillips head will work as long as the head is wide. Make sure there’s no nut underneath the screw head or it will not fit, the screw is not very long but needs every part of that 1/2” to fit through the metal shelf and handle.
submitted byAnonymous - 5 months agoA: The screws have a flat tip (instead of pointed) and are only half of an inch long. The diameter of twisty part is .5 centimeters. Diamter of the top of the screw is 1.5 centimeters.
submitted byraebrux - 4 years agoA: These are joint connector bolts, or flat head socket cap screws would work (same thing but with no beveled edges). The measurements are : 1/8 in. diameter, 16 TPI, 1/2 in. length

Q: Over time, How does this hold up in year-round very humid conditions ? Looking close up-any deterioration ?
A: Powder coated finish on these carts is really well done. In 5 yrs haven't had any isssues2 large,1 this smaller size, are inside a bathroom, in the closet, next to a walk in shower. It's humid from showers and it's also in N Texas, extra humidty 350 days year. It's not inside greenhouse humid, but I think it would hold up.

Q: Do the mesh shelves collapse due weight? I had metal cart with mesh fabric shelves and the shelves wouldn't stay on rack with stuff in shelves. Does this do the same?
A: No, these are solid well made
