A: I’ve stacked many of these through the years. Don’t insert the wheels and don’t store bricks, you’ll be fine. I use two stacked in my small ckuset for wrapping supplies, toilet supplies, towels on top. Never had an issue

A: With the wheels it stands about 26 high. Since a desktop is typically about 29 inches high it might fit underneath the desktop, but probably not underneath a drawer or keyboard tray.

Gets the job done but it’s pretty flimsy. We use it for the kids arts and crafts and there’s plenty of room for standard sized paper etc. super easy to roll around but I wish the wheels had locks.
