    Waste of time

    Came broken. Rough handling during transport despite “fragile” label. Should be better protected inside the box. Waste of time waiting for it to arrive, then going to return it myself, and then waiting for a new one to hopefully arrive not damaged. Whole point of getting it delivered was to avoid leaving my house. Now I have to find. UPS or fed ex to return it.

    It arrived damaged at the top, and one of the drawers is cracked. Literally right out of the box. It's plastic so I didn't expect it to be super sturdy, but this seems excessive. I have tape holding it together.

    Arrived damaged due to poor packaging

    Bought two initially but one arrived damaged. Return/replacement process was pretty smooth. However, the replacement order arrived damaged again. The storage cart was packaged in the cardboard box without any padding or protection. The manufacturer needs to seriously think about improving the packaging for shipping.

    Perfect for sorting papers

    I purchased the 9 drawer version for my classroom, and it's absolutely perfect for sorting and holding papers. I feel like it's much sturdier than the other cart drawers I see a lot of teachers using. I can tell this one is going to last a long time! It shippped extremely fast and arrived in a huge box. I've seen reviews on this in the past that their arrived chipped or damaged. Luckily, I didn't have that problem. Everything came in perfect condition. The only thing I don't love is that the top isn't flat. Great if you're needing to oraganize small items, but if you're using it to organize papers like me, it's a little annoying. I think I'll still be able to put a tray or something on top and maximize its space.
