A: I just bought this and took me a second to figure out. Grab one of the handles from the bottom of the handle and push out towards you to unlock. They are not drawers. Like I thought.

Hard to open but......
I use my unit to store office and desk supplies that I keep right next to my desk. Although I agree with the negative reviews that the latches are hard to open, I keep my latches opened and when I need anything, I just lift off each container until what I need is easy to get to. I don’t find it necessary to close the latches. I know it was a great addition to my office. I also bought 2 single pieces to add to the stack but also keeping in mind that the wheels will only support a certain amount of weight. I love it and would recommend it as long as you’re willing to keep the latches open.

Very disappointed!
I ordered this to store my craft supplies. I had it shipped because I am having surgery and cannot go into the store. It came in and as I’m putting it together, I realize an important piece was not included. One of the locks for the drawer was not included. Because of this, the set doesn’t stay together. When I opened the package, it looked like someone had just thrown it into the box. Even the cardboard holding it together was slipped off. I cannot return it because I cannot walk because is my injury. I have wasted $30 on this and I am very disappointed!

Difficult to open/ handles break
I really wanted to love this because it is soo cute and perfect for what I needed it for but the handles that connect each bin to the next are very hard to unlock and once you do get them unlocked they break off. I spent so much time trying to get them back on that I just gave up. I'm going to try to exchange it, maybe I just got a bad one but from the other reviews this seems pretty common. I'm sad because I really do like this little organizer. I'll come back after I try to exchange

Awful. The handles are so hard to open I broke two nails. Once unlocked the handles do not remain attached anywhere so if you have all of the boxes open for anything all of the handles are loose. My kids can’t use this on their own which defeats the point but also I have zero interest in using this as an adult because I don’t have time to reattach the handles every time I use it. I asked my husband to put the handles back on to do the return and even he had difficulty snapping them into place.

Unlike others, I didn't have trouble opening or closing, so maybe they've improved the design. It has been a game changer in storage for me and my family! Even the base plate with the wheels clicks on and off which is so helpful. And I appreciate that you can get flat lids if you prefer. My only recommendation for a next generation would be a handle that folds flat. Overall, amazing, and I love it so much I'm buying more.

Well hm. I loved the idea of this, drove an hour one way to get the ONE LEFT in stock. Got all the way home, and it’s missing a clasp on one of the totes. Didn’t see this before buying it because the cardboard cover keeping it together was covering it! For a $50 storage box…this sucks! It comes with three smaller storage containers for organizing and would be perfect for crafters..also would be 5stars if all the parts came with it.

Perfect for adult colroring supplies
This is the perfect organizer for all of my Coloring supplies! I’ve been looking for something that hold everything but also keep it organized and this is it, plus it rolls!
