Born on a 175-mile bike ride, CLIF BAR energy bars are purposefully crafted with a mix of protein, fat, and carbohydrates to help sustain active bodies before and during long-lasting activity. CLIF BAR energy bars are made with quality ingredients like wholesome organic rolled oats and no high-fructose corn syrup, and they are non-GMO and plant-based for a granola bar you can feel good about.     Why add Caffeine??

    Why was caffeine added?? These were my favorite but caffeine gives me cystitis aka makes my bladder bleed. I’m so sad and angry that you made that bizarre decision.

    Great choice for all your adventuring needs!

    These have always been my favorite Cliff bars. The flavor is cool and refreshing, though they are still quite dense so you will need a drink to wash it down! But overall very yummy and filling. My go-to for hiking, biking or camping for their portability and no mess composition.

    I love these Cool Mint Chocolate Clif Bars!

    I normally eat these Cool Mint Chocolate Clif Bars when I am out cycling. I stash them in my cycling jersey pocket and they fit perfectly. Every now and again I have them as a snack. The flavor is fantastic, they go down easy, and they give the right amount of nutrients. I would recommend these Clif Bars.
