I wouldn’t per se that they are crunchy but they do have some small peanut and crispy puffed rice pieces in them but the bar itself is soft. They are sweet but it doesn’t necessarily taste overly sweet. Great for afternoon slump or to throw in a bag on the go or hiking. Not sure if I’ll repurchase as I wasn’t wowed by them.

They taste phenomenal and for being a healthier option, they don’t lack flavor, which I appreciate. These are super easy to enjoy on the go and I don’t have to sacrifice getting a good amount of protein when I am short on time. So, so good! I highly recommend!
