A: Not sure about "very, very hot water" but they withstand the hot water from my kitchen sink. I recently boiled hot water to clean a very dirty pot (I was being lazy) and when I dumped the boiling water in the sink I got some on the glove and the gloves held up pretty well. I did have some kitchen towels to help me so I'm not sure if that was a factor. Other than that, I wash all my dishes with the hottest setting in my kitchen sink.

A: I'd expect that any household cleaning product woud work to clean the outside (though as other people comment on, they do stain - but at least they'd be clean). Since it's rayon on the inside, I would think that turning them inside out and hand washing in cold water with a touch of laundry soap would work. Leave them inside out so the inside can dry, then turn them back the right way out so the outside can dry

A: Hi there, unfortunately we have no suggested way of cleaning the gloves other than rinsing and laying to dry. If water has gotten into the inside fold the cuff over so the inside can dry properly.

A: Hi Smart Shopper, the primary difference between the two gloves is the Clorox Ultra Comfort are made from a PVC Vinyl and the others are Nitrile. Both are great for people with latex allergies.
