New 2026 gloves smell toxic!
I’ve been buying these Target Dealworthy brand Nitrile Disposable Gloves for the past 5-6 years. And I’ve used these nitrile gloves for a variety of health and household tasks instead of vinyl gloves (which contain carcinogenic PVC) or latex gloves (which tend to dissolve in oily substances). But, since around the start of 2026, Target seems to have changed the ingredients in these Dealworthy gloves because now, they smell absolutely awful! Every time I use them, they leave a toxic, chemical odor all over my hands, and I need to wash them at least a couple times with warm, soapy water to get rid of the scent completely. So, I’ve now permanently switched to Target’s Up & Up brand nitrile gloves. Although they’re not as thick & strong as the Dealworthy gloves, they barely have any smell at all, which I very much prefer. I’d recommend the Up & Up nitrile gloves as a replacement for the Dealworthy ones, unless you need rip-resistant gloves for tough task. Grade: F

At this low price I expected some gloves to have defects or holes, but that has not been the case! I've bought multiple boxes and had every glove come out fine. I am allergic to vinyl so I need my nitrile. It's great to have this very affordable option.

Smells a lot like latex
I purchase nitrile gloves, and have purchased this same brand for at least 2 years now, but recently I noticed they smell a lot like latex now. So much so that my clothes (the sleeves of my shirts when I’m using them) also smell strongly of latex. I’m not as allergic to latex as some people genuinely are, but I do get minor irritations, mostly I cannot stand the way it leaves latex scent on my skin and clothes. I’m wondering if the quality has changed and is it possible there is now latex in these brand of nitrile gloves?

You get what you pay for unfortunately. I opened the box and the first glove I pulled out had a random hole on the pinky finger. Not sure what the rest of the box looks like. They’re fine for the light work I am doing, but would not count on these for heavy projects.
