  • A: We figured out how to clean it after a lot of frustration about how dirty it had gotten. There's a piece at the bottom that is a single line of rope that ties the crochet together and if you find the knot (hidden inside the bottom) you can untie it and then pull the inside out of the bottom opening (takes a bit of effort to squeeze out the inside). Hope that makes sense, it's a bit tricky.

Q: Does anyone know what to spot clean the cream colored 1 with? I am sad that the knitted cover can not come off. I've had mine for a year now and at this point I need to "spot" clean the entire thing.

  • A: Hello Ger. That's a great question. As you will be spot cleaning the cream coloured one, detergents and light acids like vinegar should work well in treating stains on cotton textile. You can use bleach as a last resort if you continue to have trouble with spot cleaning. -Ace

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pouf is cute enough, but it is extremely stiff. The green color is a little muddy but would work very well with warm neutrals. I do love the chunky sweater knit, and the pouf is lightweight and easy to move from place to place. Better to be too firm than too soft, but still, it’s not comfy to sit on. Best as a foot stool.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of a knitted pouf. This Pood is very sturdy. I can sit on it and do not feel it becoming misshapen. I like that it can be used as extra seating or a foot rest. Although my little one has used it as gym equipment and has managed to make the cover shift off center just a bit. Does not effect functionality and just takes time and patience to fix.

    Goes flat

    Absolutely loved this when I first purchased it. I have had it less than a year and it is SO flat. Excuse the mess/toys around it but you can see how much lower this is than our couch in the photo. It basically completed deflated. I love the look but it is like a pancake now unfortunately.
