A: In my old place I did just that. One method, you can pre drill a small hole and screw in from the bottom to the top to secure them together, I also used small "L" brackets to secure to wall stud.

Q: So it says the 6 cube storage is 43.8” wide, is that laying it on its side? Or standing up on ends so you have two rows? I have a 29” inch wide space.

A: The dimensions say that it is 30 in high. That means if you turned it on its side it would be 30 in wide and too big for your space.

Great budget friendly option for playroom storage or homeschool supplies. Purchased two and none had any damage. Took me 15 min to assemble each shelf without any fancy tools. Quality/Design Worsened and Damaged
This is my third time purchasing shelves like this. The first two were great, hence why I decided to get a third when the need arose. However, this one is a different design (short panels are on the outside now, not inside), there is a VERY difficult to remove permanent sticker on the middle of the interior shelf that will show, the center pieces now attach with tiny, preglued (that you have to moisten) green dowels, there is damage to the corners of some of the shelves, and some of the holes were drilled crooked so one side is now slightly off. Also, this is the second one I had to buy because the first one, when I went to pick it up at drive up, had a severely damaged box. Thankfully, the employees were amazing and ran back to get me a new one. I was therefore surprised that the parts inside were STILL damaged even though the box was intact. The quality of the last two I bought were not like this at all and have lasted. I will not be purchasing any more storage or furniture from Target like this again because of the decline and experience and would not recommend it. I don't see this one lasting as long as the previous two.

I ordered these by accident. I thought I was getting the 11” cube size, but I was pleasantly surprised! They are really heavy duty compared the 11”. They have thicker trim which gives it more of a professional look versus something assembled from a box. They obviously hold more than the 11” and we had a lot more books than I thought so the larger size works better!
