    One board dented

    The shelf is great but shipping wasn’t. The box came damaged with holes on the side and at the corners. Although the box was still in its shape, one of the boards had a dented corner. The FedEx driver hand carried the heavy package and left it out on a rainy day. For a package that heavy, a deliverer could have used a dolly to prevent from dropping or slipping off and to haul it to a dry spot on the porch.

    Pretty good for the price. Mine came with two minor scratches but I used it in the horizontal orientation so it can't be seen. Probably but a blanket down when assembling I did make a small dent that I also hid against the wall.

    Its not too bad

    This item came in damaged but customer support was great with replacing it. For the price I’d recommend purchasing this item. I do think they should’ve added bubble wrap or some kind of protection wrap when shipping this item. I believe that’s why it came in damaged. Other than that it works well with all my walnut wood and blends in. It’s great for my records and storage!

    Happy with it

    Better than expected. I read the reviews about these getting damaged during shipping but mine were perfectly fine. I had actually bought two others in a darker color previously, in-store, and they both were very damaged. The color is nice and it seems sturdy once put together. My only issue is nothing came to cover the screws - they are black and right on the top.

    Would Buy Again!

    This unit was perfect for our TV. This was actually my 2nd time purchasing, but first time getting this color (before we had the light wood and decided to redecorate). The walnut color is true to the listing photo, which I was very relieved about. It was also super easy to put together. The only downside is that this item isn’t available in stores, so it had to be delivered by FedEx. I’ve personally had mostly poor experiences with them…luckily the item was undamaged, but the box came beat-up and had me worried! Overall, I’m happy and now my previous storage unit is in my home office. ☺️

    Received a Damaged Rack

    I received one of these racks and the side panel was destroyed and had a bunch of minor scratches on every shelf. This is a rather large and heavy item so it could not fit in my car to be returned.
