This chocolate smoothie flavored melatonin product tastes great and most importantly, helps me get to sleep quickly! When I use this I am also able to sleep through the entire night uninterrupted, which was a struggle before. I am impressed with the straightforward, high quality ingredients and I have the peace of mind that I'm not putting anything bad in my body when taking this supplement. The small dosage is great, a little goes a long way. I take this right before brushing my teeth and getting into bed. Will definitely purchase again!

Started taking this melatonin about a week ago. I only take the 1/2 tsp, which is about 2.5 mg. It’s tastes like a chocolate smoothie and is easy to take on its one, even though they suggest taking it with food. My husband also took it and was asleep very quickly and was deep in sleep as well early on.

As I’m getting older, I sometimes have trouble sleeping. I wanted to try this liquid melatonin to see if it would help. I do seem to sleep better with this supplement. I like that since it is liquid you can adjust the dose I like a pill or capsule. The taste is okay. It isn’t amazing but it is tolerable. Overall, I am pleased with this supplement.

I have been struggling with sleep for as long as I can remember. Not only falling asleep but staying asleep I’ve tried it all! All forms of melatonin even mixing it with Benadryl, you name it. Didn’t work. I was hesitant to buy those just because I have tried everything and I have had no success. I took it as directed 30 minutes before bed and I had the most comfortable sleep. I’ve had in a while I will absolutely continue trying this !

I sometimes have trouble falling asleep at night, or staying asleep through the entire night once I've fallen asleep. This supplement worked effectively and quickly, and I was able to get a good night's sleep when I am usually disrupted.
