I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I was told that I would have to pay shipping and postage charges again. Not worth it to me. Bad policy.

They run a little big. I wear a size 8 wide. I bought the large. Gave them to my daughter who wears a larger size. I ordered myself a medium. They fit perfectly. The width is fine. Lots of room. I also have bunions. These slippers have an extra give so it works great for me.
