I waited all this time and only just looking at the pamphlet did i find I can not put this on carpet --- like the wall-to-wall carpet on my bedroom!!!! You do not tell customers this UP FRONT??.

I bought this to use in my study for additional heat. The fan is very weak, very little heat is transmitted through the room. Completely ineffective. Cannot return as their policy is too strict. If I return, they may not accept it. I would be out postage and they do not say if they would return the heater back to me if they do not accept. Poor way to do business.

I bought this heater in February of last year and have been using it all day every day at about 75 to 80° depending on how cold it is. I stay in the basement of the house and also suffer from a disability that affects my circulation, so I am always cold. I really do love the heater because it comes with the remote which is a definite must, it has an LED display so I know what the temperature is in my room, and it’s oscillates, hands-down the best space heater I’ve ever owned, just wish it lasted longer…. Almost a year later, and after daily use I think the heater is on it’s last leg. I say this because the temperature will fluctuate and go down instead of going up, and it also takes longer to get to the temperature I have it set it at. I’m currently trying to figure out how to reach customer service to see if there’s anything that they can do for me or if there are some troubleshooting steps that can be done. By the way I did unplug it and leave it unplugged for about eight hours I hoping that would help but, it hasn’t.

i used my heater for 2 days and it blew the electricity three times now I am scared to use it. I then went bad ck to using my old heater, very disappointing.

Hi Suzanne, A circuit breaker could be tripped when the circuit is being overloaded with “high current” appliances that are drawing more current (amperage) than your home’s wiring is designed to safely handle. You may want to try turning off lights or unplugging other appliances on this shared circuit, or you can try plugging your heater in a plug on a different circuit. Purchased a little over a year ago. Heater is very inconsistent. Only used occasionally. Now it only works if you wedge up one side and shuts off if it leveled. Hello this is a fire hazard Product should last longer than a year when it rarely used!

If you live somewhere cold you understand that you don't want to climb out of bed or from under your blanket to turn the heat on or off and this handy little remote means that you don't have to!

It's very light, so that makes it very easy to move to where you may need it at the time. It comes with a handy remote so you can adjust temp settings from anywhere in the room. It oscillates so the heat is evenly distributed throughout your room. It's a slow oscillation so the set temp is maintained throughout the room. The digital temperature display is vivid and bright and allows you to set your heat flow accordingly. It has awesome safety features as well. A tip over switch will turn the heater off if it is tipped over for whatever reason. And it also has an auto shut off in case the unit starts to overheat. All in all a great oscillating tower heater!

We use it to heat up the baby’s room while changing clothes etc. it shows current temperature and it oscillates too. Has got 3 modes of fan speed. And heat ups the room quickly to a desired temperature.

I can set the timer and leave it for 1hr, 2hr, and 3hr settings. It has a shut-off function it moving it when it is on. Great for small offices and bedrooms.

It worked great didn’t have to turn on my furnace because the heater kept our apartment warm enough. I chose to get the heater in black and it has a sleek and compact look. There are a few things that this heater has that I really like: • It oscillates, so it covers more heating area. • Comes with a remote, so don’t have to get out of bed to turn it off or on. • Has a tip-over cutoff switch as well as overheat protection. • The heater is cool to the touch. • Has an 8-hour timer • This heater has 4 settings: low, medium, high, and ECO which will automatically adjust the heat output which will also help with reducing energy use and cost. • Digital display that indicates the room temperature. • Lightweight and portable. I love this heater, looking forward to using it all winter long. I definitely recommend the Comfort Zone Digital Heater Tower, thinking of getting another one for our guest room, since I won’t want to share mine.

As the weather is getting cooler I needed a heater for my cold bedroom and this really does fit the bill. It heats my medium sized bedroom quickly and I love that it has a remote so I can adjust the heat as the night goes on without getting out of bed and the sleep timer is great because I usually would just need this until I to make the room more comfortable while I am still awake and until I get all snuggled in blankets in bed. And a huge plus is the cut over if it gets tipped because with my cat he will try to knock it over so no worries of him helping to cause a fire or something.

There is a remote so you don't have to get up and change anything. There is feature where it shuts off if it's to hot. It warms up rather nicely and I love it.
