A: you have to put your hand through the maker to have it snapped on. the string is stretchy and comes precut to bracelet size.

Poor Quality Cord and Inaccurate Fastener
Poor quality device. Issues: 1. Cord breaks easily. Made 4 bracelets. 2 broke after wearing for the first time. 2. The fastener doesn't always catch both ends of the cord properly. Ended up with both fasteners on one string.

We recommend trying the following: After stringing the beads, ensure that there is still 4 inches (10 cm) of slack at the end of the elastic hooked to the pink clasp. Re-adjust if necessary, as the weight of the beads may pull on the slack. Ensure that you are pressing down firmly on the pink button/hand rest to connect the clasps together. If your bracelet falls apart after firmly pressing the blue button, this may mean that the clasps did not connect properly earlier. If the beads are still on the elastic, hook one end to the pink clasp, ensuring that the end of the elastic is 4 inches (10 cm) away. Then place the other end of the elastic on the base until the dotted line, 3/4 of an inch (2 cm). Repeat the bracelet making process. We would be grateful for the opportunity to turn this into a positive experience for you.
