Great but ZERO refills ever available

My daughter loves this little maker and figured it out quickly. Unfortunately, the refill packs are IMPOSSIBLE to find so it made 15 bracelets and now what? It does not work with other types of clay heishi beads we've tried. Don't waste your money unless they start making more refills.

No way to buy clasps

While the machine itself is easy to operate and trouble shoot, the expansion pack is terrible. I bought this for my 5 year old with the intention I would just get more clasps down the road if she liked it. Well now she loves this, and of course you cant buy just the clasps separately. if I had a 3d printer I would just make them myself and sell them that way.

Do not purchase!

This is probably the worst Christmas gift. I got my granddaughter. I literally sat there for hours trying to figure it out the instructions were horrible just pictures. When I finally figured out how to thread the bracelet, it did not completely latch. And how you measure for a child’s wrist was completely incorrect. It was way too large. It was difficult to put in the pieces in so I’m not sure how a seven-year-old was supposed to do that. My seven-year-old would’ve disregarded this as trash. It is not as easy as it seems on the infomercials. This was one of the hottest items for Christmas and it was clearly the worst.

My daughter loves it BUT you can not buy the replacement clasp. You can only make 15 bracelets with this set. They sell a refill pack with 10 additional clasp and beads. Which is never available. I have plenty of beads but I need the clasp and they are specially make for the this bracelet maker. I contacted the company and they said they do not have replacement parts. Frustrating that they don’t just sell the clasp.

My daughter was excited to try this when she got it for Christmas! She had fun putting the beads in the tube, but I had to pretty much help her with the rest of the steps. Figuring out how to clasp the bracelet was kind of confusing and it was difficult to figure out how much string you would need so it would close. Overall, I liked the ease of not having to string the bracelet myself with the clay beads.

Do not buy

The concept is cool but doesn’t work. My 12 yo daughter, my husband & myself have tried multiple times and have only successfully made 2 bracelets after 20+ attempts. So hard to figure out, no way to store it once it’s assembled and causes so much frustration.
