Q: Can I use my own clay beads to refill the machine?
A: Hello and thank you for contacting Make It Real. We do not imply compatibility with any other manufacturers heishi beads. We do carry heishi bead kits that are compatible. Please make sure to look for the "Swift clicks Compatible" logo on the packaging to ensure proper functionality of the unit.

Q: Do the bracelet maker take seed beads or only the flat beads shown???
A: Hello and thank you for contacting Make It Real. Swift Clicks Heishi Bracelet Maker only works with the heishi beads. It is compatible with the beads included in the kit and the heishi bead kit that we sell that is marked "Swift Clicks Compatible". That is important to look for as we do carry more than 1 heishi bead kit. We do not imply compatibility with any other manufacturers heishi beads or any kit that we manufacture that does not state that it is "Swift Clicks Compatible".

Q: Where do you find the alignment tool? Just got our kit opened it and cannot find the alignment tool.
A: Thank you for contacting Make It Real. The alignment tool comes pre-installed on top of the spool of thread which is located in the base of the unit.

Q: Is string included or do I have to have my own string?

Q: How are the beads reloaded? One by one into the tube by hand?
A: Thank you for contacting Make It Real. The bottom of the base on the unit doubles as a funnel. You line the funnel up with the chamber that you wish to refill and pour the beads into the funnel. You then use the alignment tool to ensure the beads are set correctly in the chamber.

Q: Can I use my own clay beads to refill the machine when it runs out of beads?
A: Hello and thank you for contacting Make It Real. We cannot guarantee compatibility with the Swift Clicks Bracelet Maker if you use beads manufactured elsewhere. We do offer Heishi Bead refill kits that are compatible. On the front of the package, it will specifically state "Swift Clicks Compatible". Please be sure to look for that seal as we have different Heishi Bead kits and not all are manufactured to be compatible. Using non-compatible beads may cause the bracelet maker to jam.

Q: will your new bead kits include round and seed beads so they aren't limited to just flat beads?
A: Hello and thank you for contacting Make It Real. We have several different bead kits available that contain a variety of different types of beads. Regarding the Heishi Bead Bracelet Maker, that only works with our heishi beads that are marked as "swift clicks compatible". The bracelet maker will not work with other types of beads.

Q: What happens when you run out of beads
A: Hello and thank you for contacting Make It Real. Later this year we will have heishi bead kits that will be labeled "swift clicks compatible". If it states that on the packaging, they can be used in the bracelet maker.
