Q: The height says 40", however in another Q&A one of the answers says "The handle height of this stroller is approximately 35.5” from the ground". Which is correct?
submitted by Megan - 7 years ago
A: The Cosco Umbrella Stroller with Canopy is approximately 40" from the ground to the top of the handle.
This stroller is lightweight and easy to fold, making it a convenient option for travel and quick outings. However, it is designed primarily for shorter individuals, which may lead to discomfort for taller users. While it serves its purpose for occasional use, guests have noted issues with the front wheels getting stuck and the overall sturdiness. Despite these concerns, it remains a budget-friendly choice for those needing a portable stroller.

Made for people under 5 foot tall
Easy to put together but be aware it’s held together with a massive zip tie so if you’ll need to find a way to cut that if you want to use it immediately. However, I am 5’5 and I think I’d be more comfortable pushing the stroller on my knees. The bars are extremely low. I ended up pushing it with one hand so I wouldn’t constantly need to be bent over. Don’t buy if you’re over 5 foot tall

Not for tall parents
I think for $26 it’s fine but it is very cheap, the wheels get stuck in a sideways position and it’s entirely too short for anyone taller than 5’7” which leaves you hunched over trying to push it without your feet running into the rear wheels.

It’s a very nice product for the price, came in very handy and Fourth of July when we How to walk a large distance it would’ve been nice to have a little storage bin beneath, but that’s more money as I live on a budget. I couldn’t afford much but it served its purpose and it’s a very nice product. I recommend it to anybody who’s looking for a good stroller?

bad design, bad quality.
This stroller has an (non-adjustable) height appropriate for someone LESS than FIVE FEET TALL. (I am 5'2" and it was very uncomforatble to push, I had to hunch over). The sun shade was not adjustable. The colors shown in the Target ad are NOT what I received. The wheels are OK.

Dont love it
It barely goes straight on a sidewalk. I don’t think it can be used for much.
1 reply from DorelJuvenileSupport team - 2 months ago
A stroller that won’t track straight usually points to an issue with wheel alignment, tension or possibly damaged wheels. We’d really like to take a closer look at your unit so we can understand what’s going on and see how we can help. Please reach out to our Consumer Care Team at 1-800-544-1108 so we can review your stroller and go over support or replacement options.

This was never going to be a great stroller, but it could have been a totally fine stroller if it weren't exclusively made for people under say 5'3". I'm 5'9" and have to bend down so low to push it. It is a crazy design flaw that they should fix.

Do not waste your money.
This stroller is useless. The wheels are cheap foam that doesn’t provide any traction to allow them to roll. You just end up shoving the stroller across the floor.

So low to the ground, doll sized stroller
ThTThis strolleTThis stroller was almost comically useless. It is so low to the ground, it seems like it's meant for children and dolls. At 5' 5" I was crouched down so low I gave up and threw it back in the car trunk and just carried baby instead. The sun shade is not adjustable and doesn't do much. Didn't break the bank, just my back.

Broke after first use
Bought it because it’s light weight and portable. Our daughter was comfortable in it but one of the front wheels started to rotate and got stuck on the second use. The axle bent and now useless after one time use.
1 reply from DorelJuvenileSupport team - 4 months ago
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear your daughter was comfortable, but we’re truly sorry that a front wheel rotated, got stuck, and caused the axle to bend after only the second use. This isn’t the performance you should expect, and we’d really appreciate the chance to take a closer look and help make things right. Please reach out to our Consumer Care Team at 1-800-544-1108 so we can review what happened and provide support or replacement options.

You stepped on the wheels when pushing
My 20 month old daughter thinks this is really fun to ride in however like others have said it’s very small almost as if it’s a toy. I am 5’3 so it’s comfortable enough for me to push, but it definitely wouldn’t work for my 6’3 husband. On top of that it’s very easy to step on the wheels when you’re walking if you have a normal gait.

Too short - back pain from using
The height of the handles on this is so low. My daughter who I bought this for is only 5’2” and she has to bend down to push this stroller. I’m shocked they don’t make the handles longer for the average person. If selling in America - then it should work for average adult height and use.
